PSHE Education Curriculum Statement

Relationships and Health Education

From 2020 all state primary schools in England have been required to teach children about relationships and health education. We consulted families at this time to help input into our policy. In June 2022 we have undertaken a refresher of this with families, ensuring all are fully aware of this curriculum and to give them updates on recent developments in this learning. This took the part of a survey and a family information meeting. Please see below for information slides from this meeting and for letter subsequently sent out to families, letting them know of responses and opinions shared buy families as well as listing our next steps.
